What is it?
Doodle Coach is more than coaching—it’s a visual and creative journey that helps you gain clarity, reconnect with your values, and remember what truly matters. Through a unique blend of mindfulness, coaching, and artistic expression, I help you see your life in perspective—less noise, more clarity.
This process can take two forms:
Classic Coaching: A guided conversation where we explore your challenges, values, and goals. Afterward, I may create notes, visual metaphors, or small art pieces that help you remember key insights.
Drawing/Writing Therapy: A deeper, more intuitive process where you actively engage in doodling or writing under my guidance. This helps you connect with your subconscious, unlock emotions, and discover insights beyond words.
How it works:
Sessions are one-on-one (online or in-person).
We use a mix of conversation, creative exercises, and mindfulness techniques tailored to your needs.
You receive personalized visual takeaways—something to hang, something to wear, something to return to.
Areas of Focus
Awareness: Seeking self-understanding and life direction? The Enneagram is a powerful tool for self-insight and development. I guide you in exploring the Enneagram and provide specific exercises to enhance your self-awareness. Meditation is also a valuable tool in conjunction with Enneagram coaching.
Balance: Do emotions control your life? Whether dealing with anxiety, depression, or lack of motivation, I help you define your desired state of mind and guide you towards achieving it. Meditation is a direct method for understanding and controlling one’s state of mind, and I offer group meditations as well.
Clarification: Struggling with a difficult choice? I assist in clarifying your current position and desired direction, providing insight into various options and their respective costs and benefits.
Reach a Goal: Facing a project or in the midst of one? I help you define goals, rediscover motivation, identify obstacles, and establish routines to achieve what you need to do.
