A time and space to re-collect the self
What is it?
Happy ApE Camp is a silent retreat designed to cultivate deep mindfulness and self-connection. At its core, it is about strengthening Awareness and Equanimity (being ApE) through structured meditation, solitude, and shared presence. While the retreat follows a structured schedule, there is space for personal exploration—whether through writing, walking, drawing, or other quiet activities—within the framework of noble silence.
The next Happy ApE Camp is scheduled for:
📅 September 27 - October 5
📍 Location: TBD
💰 Price: TBD (break-even). Donations to support future retreats are welcome at the end (pay-it-forward model).
How it works:
The retreat follows a daily schedule that balances structured group meditation with personal time for reflection. Participants are expected to observe noble silence throughout the retreat, meaning no speaking, reading, or digital distractions. This allows for deep inner work and a heightened sense of awareness.
