Please note, requesting Art on Demand is free and you are not obliged to buy the product when it’s made.
Before clicking ‘add to cart’, please specify what design you are interested in and any preferences in terms of product and layout. Please make sure to include the name of the post or where the design can be found (url/name).
Typically, orders are fulfilled within 3-7 business days before they are shipped out. Here's what you can expect for delivery times:
- USA: 3-4 business days
- Europe: 6-8 business days
- Australia: 2-14 business days
- Japan: 4-8 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Your orders are printed and shipped from facilities around the world to ensure the quickest delivery based on your location. Please note that international orders may incur customs and tax fees determined by your local customs office.
If you're wondering about your shipment, kindly check your shipping confirmation email for accuracy. If everything looks good but your order hasn't arrived, please reach out at info@happyape.dk with your order number, and I’ll be glad to assist you.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a seamless checkout experience. Secure financing options may also be available at checkout. All transactions are encrypted for your security. Contact us for any payment-related inquiries.
If your order arrives damaged or has a misprint, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact me at info@happyape.dk within 20 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the issue. I will ensure you receive a resolution as quickly as possible.
Since all products are made on demand, standard returns are not possible. However, if you receive the wrong size, I’ll offer a replacement at no extra cost. In this case, please return the original product to me, and I’ll send you the correct size right away.
