At its core, the Happy ApE Project is dedicated to my wife and children, who remind me every day of the beauty of unconditional love.

MyLove, you see me and accept me as I am, everyday you teach me to love and be loved.

Al & Seb, with you I can simply be, fully present and overflowing with love.

My family, you remind me to create from a place of love. Through you, I’ve come to understand that life isn’t about performing or achieving; it’s about being—fully and wholeheartedly.

Navigating life

This project is my way of sharing what I’ve learned and continue to learn about life, in the hope that one day, it might resonate with my children, as they navigate their own journeys.

A Journey of Learning to Live

As children, living comes naturally to us. As adults, we often need to relearn it. Life’s challenges can lead us to build defenses, adopt roles, and impose rules on ourselves to feel safe or loved. These patterns can become a cage. Breaking free requires shedding the baggage we’ve picked up along the way and rediscovering the joy of simply being.

Through this project, I aim to live a life of harmony, serving my family and the world around me while staying true to myself. This includes striving to overcome passions like pride, envy, greed, fear, and anger, and instead embracing virtues like serenity, balance, humility, freedom, innocence, truth, and courage.
